Better Marriages Australia are excited to  invite you to attend our 2024 Pre-Conference Workshop Blended Family 101. 

Presented by our 2024 Better Marriages Conference Keynote Speakers Gil and Benda Stuart, this evening workshop will lay a solid foundation for understanding the joy, challenges, stress, and wins that come with a blended family.

The workshop will be held from 7:00-8:30pm on Friday 13 September 2024 at Morling College 5 Saunders Close, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113

The Workshop program will cover:

7:00 – 7:45 pm Session 1:  Myths of Blended Families – Strengthening the Marriage

7:55 – 8:30 pm Session 2:  THOSE PEOPLE – (your kids…no matter their age)

Gil has his Master’s in Counselling and Brenda has her Life Coaching Certification. They have been working with couples (both married and remarried) for over 18 years. The combination of Counsellor/Coach and Husband/Wife team is very impactful. Known as “Marriage Illustrators,” Gil and Brenda’s presentation style is engaging and fun. Workshop Cost:        $30* per couple

 

 

Location and Transport Options

 

There will only be a limited number of car spaces available on the campus for the evening of the workshop so we recommend that you use public transport, to take advantage of the fact that Morling College is well located in Sydney for access by a variety of  public transport options.

The Macquarie Park Morling campus can be easily accessed by public transport. The nearest Sydney Metro train station (Macquarie University Station) is a 400m walk to campus. There are several public bus routes close to campus – plan your bus and train trips with the Transport for NSW trip planner or download your preferred trip planning app.
